Hum... one dinosaur roaring and buildings, one rattlesnake and buildings/buttes, one pirate maiden with sailing ships? One of these things isn't like the rest... maybe turn the clouds into buildings? Not sure if it matters, but if you want to maintain a series "look" I'd probably put one thing in front of buildings -- oh, what if the pirate maiden and ocean had a backdrop of buildings? Maybe...

Not an urban setting. Surely I've snippeted Atlantis here?

Yeah, Atlantis! Though I think maybe Atlantis and other stories rather than Atlantis +.

Almost looks too real. What about an airplane wing or body as a high-tech addition?

Excellent example of cover art character not resembling book character in any way. That's so NOT Alice. (FWIW, I picture Alice as a cross somewhere between my older daughter and my mental image of Honor Harrington-again, nothing like book covers.)

That was her disguise, while investigating her parents' deaths.

I saw the re-reboot Spiderman last weekend and thought, Umm Zendya something? The new MJ would be good for the role, in my wishlist film. The Rock, of course, for her dad.
