_Time Loop_
I need feed back. Like it? Hate it? Some indication of why? And specific problems? At what point did you stop reading it?

I read it all the way to the end. I liked it.

I thought it finished too quickly. I wanted more character development with the main character going from "None of you are real" to caring for them.

I liked it though I had to deduce a lot of how things went wrong for him originally and how it get fixed in the end. From your one comment about out jumping the loop what I think is he and his team would go make changes to the time line and then jump outside the change so when he went back to his test time it was a new disaster. If he had jumped straight into the future or a bit earlier on earth his team would have been caught in the changes. So it wasn't until he jumped back removed the ring gate and then slid forward to his base 100 years back that he exits the time loop.

But none of that is entirely clear in the story.

I liked a lot of it. I read the whole thing. Didn't quite love it . . . Aura seemed unnecessary to me, perhaps in part because Dr. Sturm doesn't care enough about her to even think about that she's going to be erased when he jumps back--he's concerned about the effects on his companions, which is just fine and feels appropriate, he's built a bond with them.
The crazy woman, I thought was going to go somewhere, and am kind of disappointed that she didn't--either as a recurring person or some further result of her comments about Dr. Sturm not having a past or a future.
I like the progression from him not caring about others to learning to care. What I don't quite see is if him not caring was a survival mechanism or a natural trait.

I read to the end but was skipping the repeated attempts.

I agree you need interspersed discussion of the theories he is using and adapting.

And the 'Time cops' thread isn't used, yet they could share doctrine, current outline theories about time loops, communication with Time Cops Base (unless forbidden) and so forth.

Yes, Dr Storm should learn and develop.

I didn't get past the first few parts. Nothing wrong with it, it's just not my type of story. I'm happy we're back to ebsa and WotG!
